The proposal acts as a filter of its context, but also its varying programme. The layers of programme overlap and contract as required to provide public, semi public and private spaces.

The louvres function not only to provide privacy and security, but also function as a filter to mitigate the hard urban environment and create a comfortable condition inside, like having a forest around the building.

The self-cleaning filter uses a filter screen to directly intercept impurities in the water, remove suspended solids and particulate matter in the water, reduce turbidity, purify the water quality, and reduce the generation of system dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc., to purify the water quality and protect other equipment in the system. Working precision equipment, water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and send a signal to the drain valve to automatically discharge the entire sewage.
