The Kaya House, surrounded by forests to the north and east, aims to be one of the best examples by establishing strong relationships with its location and nature. Located on the Urla Peninsula, the building is rapidly constructed with the family's needs in mind, including ample space, garden use, balconies, and terrace areas, while minimizing its impact on the environment. The slope of the terrain, existing vegetation, the position of trees, and program requirements are analyzed to position the structure in the most suitable location.
