VADISTANBUL Project is a significant practice that reclaimed the nature in the southern skirts of Istanbul’s Belgrade Forests through Cendere Valley, where industry dominated the major land-use for a long time. VADISTANBUL is a large scale urban project that takes the challenge of turning the idle industrial land into the most valuable new urban destination of Istanbul via mixed-use programs and draws a new perspective for both urban economy and social outlook of the exact area.
