Fantini Kitchen is the company’s new dedicated range of kitchen taps. The project is designed by Alessandro Andreucci and Christian Hoisl.
“Our design journey with Fantini in the kitchen sector began with a technological innovation: the reduction in size of the water control unit, which allowed us to work with new, more harmonious proportions. The collection comprises three models, differing in production technology, dimensions and ergonomics, which cater to installation requirements for both wall-mounted and island kitchens”.
A sophisticated production process and an innovative compact cartridge made it possible to slim down the components, achieving a clean, elegant aesthetic.
The collection includes several models with distinct performance characteristics:
K01/ K02: a reinterpretation of the modern side-control kitchen taps with new dimensions, featuring reduced diameters and proportions while maintaining full functionality.
K03/ K04: the technical component is so compact it can be positioned at the rear of the faucet, making it less visible and less intrusive. An example of how technological innovation can translate into a new design vocabulary.
K05: Designed for island and peninsula installations where height is not a constraint. The faucet becomes a discreet, functional feature, stripped of everything that is nonessential. Its generous dimensions and upward-moving control makes it extremely ergonomic

This is how Andreucci and Hoisl define their shared objective. With different backgrounds–Andreucci as a mechanical engineer and Hoisl as a product designer–and studios in Italy and Munich, the pair has been designing together since 2000.
After graduating in mechanical engineering from the University of Bologna, Alessandro Andreucci moved to Munich, where he began working with Siemens Design & Messe and later with System Design, where he met Christian Hoisl. In 2000, he returned to Italy to join iGuzzini Lighting, working primarily on projects by Renzo Piano Paris (RPBW) and assisting Ron Arad with lighting designs. In 2004, he opened his own industrial design studio.
Christian Hoisl, a product designer from Munich, has extensive experience working with Bulthaup and the System Design studio, where he designed kitchens, bathrooms, offices and outdoor furniture for Poggenpohl, Franke, Magis Kusch + Co and Garpa. In 2000, he founded his own studio, developing appliances for well-known brands such as Siemens and Gaggenau, bathroom furniture and accessories, and interior and exterior furnishings.
