Reference projects

Ra House

The project is a single-family home in a low-density residential area of Zaragoza, designed to maintain a sense of continuity with two neighboring houses owned by the client's brothers. The layout emphasizes a central space as the home's heart, encouraging interaction while providing privacy. The design features a clear connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural light plays a crucial role, with strategic windows and a unique feature allowing light to enter from the roof. Materiality is a focal point, using white limestone for the façades, iroko wood for openings, and corten steel for the base, creating a cohesive aesthetic with the existing homes. Finally, the project incorporates specialized lighting, including the iO miniaturized LED spotlight for accent lighting, designed to fit in small spaces without being intrusive. This spotlight enhances the overall ambiance of the home while maintaining its modern design.

La Vaca y la Huerta

La Vaca y la Huerta is a new dining establishment located on Recoletos Street in Madrid. The restaurant’s name translates to "The Cow and the Orchard," reflecting its focus on agricultural and livestock products. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, with natural finishes including oak wood for floors and baseboards, plastered walls, and a textile ceiling, addressing the limited natural light in the space. In terms of lighting, the project incorporates the Arkos Light - Foco IO, a miniaturized LED spotlight that fits easily while maintaining the adjustable orientation and functionality of the track-mounted option, enhancing the restaurant's ambiance without overwhelming the carefully designed interior.

parolaro

This beautiful Cabanyal house, abandoned for over 20 years, was revitalized while preserving its rustic charm. The owners aimed to create an open apartment for two, maximizing light and ventilation. They removed all partitions and the false ceiling, revealing the stunning height and original brick and wood beams. The plaster walls were cleaned, and the wooden windows were renewed to maintain authenticity.  prominently features wood and brick, complemented by breathable lime plaster and reused hydraulic tiles for the kitchen. To enhance the ambiance, iO light was integrated into the project. These miniaturized LED spotlights provide accent lighting that is perfect for display cabinets, shop windows, and tight spaces without being intrusive. The result is a bright, ventilated Mediterranean home.
