BURNERS FOR OVENS

SABAF technology also applies to gas ovens and offers new solutions for this important cooking instrument, considerably improving their performances.

The new Sabaf burner for ovens introduces a reduction in ignition times and in the time required to activate the safety system the like of which has never been seen before: 1.5 seconds compared with the current 5-7 seconds! This result is obtained thanks to the fact that the new burner is the very first to be fitted with an injector holder containing fixed housings for spark plug and thermocouple.

The spark plug and thermocouple wires are always in the cool area of the oven and therefore allow the use of single-wire thermocouples and spark plugs without sheaths, more economical than the ones currently used, to protect from the heat.

The new burner is available in three lengths (380cm - 450cm - 680cm) and can be assembled in the oven extremely quickly.
