Critical core infrastructure upgrades included the integration of two new elevators and reinforced stair cores to improve vertical circulation and life safety. The second phase encompassed a tailored tenant improvement for the Social Security Administration.
This interior buildout introduced specialized programmatic elements, including modern kitchenettes, cafe spaces, dedicated conference rooms, and private executive offices to support the agency's daily operations. Reflecting our commitment to sustainable design, both the core-and-shell improvements and the interior buildouts successfully achieved LEED Certification.
