This lovely little Italianate Victorian in the heart of Noe Valley in San Francisco was stripped and restored to its original appearance on the facade, but with significantly redesigned upgrades and modernization inside. The project was undertaken by the developer-owners as a fully sustainable and "green" design, including a wide variety of features from Solar Photovoltaic system, to 3-stud corners, to construction waste recycling. With Group 41's help, the approvals process and Historic Preservation reviews went smoothly, and the developers were able to sell the house the very day it came to the marketplace during the "bottom" of the economic downturn in mid-2009.
