ALT arquitectura

ALT arquitectura as Architects

ALT arquitectura is a reflection of the restlessness, disposition and the work of Ángel Luis Tendero Martín. It is not endeavouring to be a make nor a superficial trademark. The work of ALT arquitectura is centred on the creation and the development of projects in which the moving force materializes without losing its essence. It does not endeavour to be modern but contemporary. The interaction with the Physical environment is the generator of architecture, thus the project always focuses on searching for the actual construction. ALT arquitectura seeks to optimize the resources at its disposal, in such a way that the material and economic saving, together with the speed of execution will be the guidelines in the development of the projects.

ALT arquitectura is located in the centre of Madrid, in the calle Castelló, near the Retiro. The office offers the necessary infrastructure for the development of projects of any size and in any location. At present a number of major projects are being developed out of Spain. The objective of ALT arquitectura is to realize the entire project and to guarantee its quality. If so required “turn key” projects are offered, which completely ensures the quality of the final result due to the fact that the office is implicated in all the phases of the project.
