Designed with a focus on providing a comfortable climate reminiscent of the subtropical zone, the structure has a large roof with 40% of the space below it allocated as a terrace. This creates an expansive and inviting space that seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor areas, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in their surroundings.

The building's unique location near the sea adds to the overall ambiance, with the wind, scent of the tide, palm trees, blue sky, and sunlight that shines through, all contribute to the landscape. This harmonious combination of natural elements allows visitors to fully appreciate the beauty of the area and indulge in a variety of experiences.
