Modern art, architecture, design and fashion today are inseparably linked and constantly interact with each other.
The vivid image of the project heroine, the gallery owner, inspired to create a space, in which materials of different temperament, pieces of furniture and art produce an ensemble where identical elements form a dialogue, while contrasting ones surprise and do not leave indifferent.
The source of inspiration for creating a non-standard layout of the Moscow apartment for a well-known gallery owner from St. Petersburg was a dynamic and pioneering nature of the suprematist composition “Suprematism No. 1. Composition with a black circle and a red triangle on a white background” by an artist Nadezhda Hodosevich-Lezhe (1960s).
Within the framework of the project there has been developed a collection of ceramic tiles “Arco”. The graphics of the collection, inspired by architectural images and forms, are geometric lines and planes made in four colours – powdered pink, cheerful ochre, contrasting black and white, the main colour of the tile surface.
