We have renovated this apartment using very little tricks and raw materials. The main issue was to transform the last floor, of a typical avenue building, into a penthouse with great views over the city. The big living room, with the kitchen at the end, becomes the main area of the house with the shutters controlling the sunset that comes from the balcony.

On the living room the main functions are characterized by having fixed furniture, made out of cement panels: Kitchen Island; dining table; and working table. These elements create a connection to the cement floor used all over the house as if someone has dropped a liquid that has dispersed everywhere.
