BMW will be the next premium car brand to have a presence in Bonifacio Global City. The project formally broke ground on September 17th, 2013, at the corner of 3rd Avenue and 27th Street for a 23-story building which is to be fully erect by the end of 2015.

The building is planned to accommodate flexible open spaces, with light shelves incorporated which provide shade to the east and west elevations while increasing daylight penetration. Three vertical plaza re-emphasize a public plaza at ground floor, while providing interstitial social spaces which serve as beacons for the development when illuminated at night. The project is targeted to achieve LEED Certification, and encourages eco-friendly activities to minimize its carbon footprint.
