São Paulo, 2024 - Designed by mw.arq | moema wertheimer, the project for the Autuori Burmann law firm was developed to serve a team of more than 100 people, with a focus on functionality and flexibility. The project prioritizes the creation of versatile environments that can adapt to the company's various needs, such as the possibility of transforming meeting rooms into mini-auditoriums for training and internal events.
The concept adopted for the project was the industrial style, with a focus on using elements reminiscent of the brand, such as shades of blue and exposed brick, a material requested by the client. The exposed brick was used on the walls, creating an atmosphere of continuity with the industrial style, and was combined with metal frames on the façades and internal partitions, which favor transparency and integration between the rooms.
The materials chosen meet both the aesthetics and functionality of the space. The exposed brick, as well as being a striking visual element, contributes to a comfortable and efficient working environment. The metal frames, present in the façades and partitions, provide flexibility to the layout, allowing the creation of open and interconnected environments.
