Der Bauhaus Bungalow-H in München - Waldtrudering, ist ein "schwebender" Bungalow im Stil der Bauhaus Architektur.

Die Bauherrschaft kaufte sich in gehobener Lage Münchens, im Stadtteil Waldtrudering ein Grundstück mit rund 1.050m² Fläche und wollte dies mit einem ansprechendem Architektenhaus bebauen.

Da sich das Grundstück in Randlage und unmittelbar zum angrenzenden Wald von Waldtrudering befindet und die Stadt München für dieses Areal eine Bungalow Bebauung vorgegeben hat, war es eine Herausforderung alle Wünsche entsprechend planerisch umzusetzen!

Die Form des Grundstücks - ein Hammergrundstück - war Anfangs nicht unbedingt der beste Zuschnitt hinsichtlich Erschließung und rückwärtiger Bebauung.

Wunsch der Bauherrschaft war ein Bungalow im Bauhausstil mit Unterkellerung. Allerdings sollte der Keller nicht nur als Nutzkeller genutzt werden, sondern nahezu als Wohnkeller mit Tageslichteinflutung!
