Located 20 minutes from Barcelona, in Castelldefels, with spectacular views lies the Bellavista House, a 520 sqm high-end residence.

What started as a refurbishment of an old house, turned into the conception of a state-of-the-art home, with a new life and identity.

The integration of existing constructive elements with the new proposal of the mediterranean spirit and contemporary style give this project the complexity of composition transitioned in the simplest and most refined way possible for its users.

The proximity with the landscape of the mountain and the forest inspired the idea of a contemporary Japanese garden in the north yard, where the connection to nature is undeniable. Every element until the last detail reflects the atmosphere of the house, making it the ideal place to enjoy living in. 

Pure, clean, and minimalist is the Casa Bellavista Skylight. It is a double height space, naturally illuminated by a light that comes from the North, made indirect and diffuse through a meticulous architectural composition. But the magic begins when the LED light invades the space, transforming it into a poetic space, dedicated to intellectual activities. A meditative space in which the user is immersed in blue, pink, yellow and golden lights inspired by the sunrises and sunsets of the Costa Brava.
