UP DATA The house is situated on a plot completely rectangular and of dimensions 6.17 x 25 m in a growth area in Albacete. Given its location, surrounded by houses and rapid construction looking very similar between them, presented a perfect opportunity to attempt a simple exterior housing and self-absorbed, without showing their attributes to the outside. Given the geometry of the plot, the house had to use all the depth of the plot to enlarge it as much as possible, while the light had to flooding the interior, while maintaining a consistent relative intimacy with the use of accommodation to which we are accustomed. The program requested by the client started from a house type: living-dining room and kitchen on ground floor, first floor three bedrooms two bathrooms bathroom and basement as an office and playroom for children.

FUNCTIONAL SOLUTION The project is structured very simply taken a bit by the geometry of the plot, we present a longitudinal spine (2 m wide) in all plants which houses the service spaces (kitchen, toilets, vertical communications, corridors ...) and a bay larger (4 m wide) where the spaces are located served (living room, bedroom, basement, office ...) interspersed with courtyards between them to get bring light to all spaces. The ground floor is raised about the road to get isolated from the outside and get a basement and one floor. So that upon entering the parcel we find a first courtyard (bound by the setback) at street level to leave the car and give breadth to the plot, once inside the house, we immediately find the "backbone" that absorbs a longitudinal corridor throughout the parcel that is communicating with the intermediate court, living-dining room and backyard with stairs to the basement and ground first, as well as toilet and kitchen. On the first floor structure is repeated, placing the rooms of the children between the courtyard and the rear goes part and locating a bathroom between the two rooms, while the master bedroom with bathroom "fly" on the entrance of the house getting partially cover the entrance courtyard and obtaining light from both sides. The bath is illuminated by means of a skylight for indirectly shed light on and respect the composition of the facade, which only gives the master bedroom. On the other hand the passage widens at its back to create a room study of children and related to her bedroom thus obtaining a more room and a range of possibilities for its use. In the basement is repeated again the general housing estrcutura, placing the "backbone" facilities spaces, toilet, shower, cloakroom and pantry and the other side of the spine there is a large open room, two yards again (in this case the intermediate and final one down to the basement to introducing light from both sides and give more scope if it is the space of play) while below the courtyard entrance on ground floor houses the "despachocueva" placed in a privileged position since from it you can see all basement through the courtyard between. As for the exterior spaces to mention that all courts (except the input) and the cover have the floating floor to get a complete flatness in them and they can be used as an extra room outside.

MATERIALITY As to the materiality of the work on the facade has been used to close with the street, a set of steel which houses the pedestrian gates road and cupboards used to locate the counters facilities. The main facade has been treated with a paint stucco to get the feeling clean and gently sought and the "box" of the master bedroom Sliding shutters have been used to finish close to the outside housing. The rear facade has become to use the sliding shutters for close-open the front as interested at all times, thus creating a façade multiple turn serve to control the light as desired. Patios by location and interior spaces with which they are concerned Granite has been used (patios basement and cover) or wood (in yards later)
