We are pleased to present our new project in Aperi, Karpathos island a composition that redefines the relationship between the built environment and the natural Aegean landscape.
The architectural approach is based on clean geometries, linearity, and controlled spatial gestures that frame the views and the Mediterranean light.
The volumes of the residence are organized perimetrically, creating protected outdoor spaces and targeted shading conditions. Large cross-ventilated openings act as a transitional filter between interior and exterior, enhancing the sense of freedom and maintaining uninterrupted visual contact with the Aegean.
The material palette is defined by earthy tones, rhythmic wooden ceiling cladding, and local stone that integrates the residence into its natural terrain. Semi-outdoor zones and vertical shading elements create a gentle microclimate that responds to the demands of the island environment.
This residence in Karpathos reflects our architectural philosophy:
harmony with the landscape, clarity of form, and design that celebrates light and the Mediterranean way of living.
