Our CASA N4 had a good starting point. Despite being a house from the 70s, the original layout was sensible, which allowed us to focus on replacing all the finishes, modifying only some of the partitions to gain spaciousness and spatial continuity.
The key decisions of the project were two. The first, unifying the entrance with the kitchen and opening it to the living room, generating a more natural and fluid circulation, without doors or corridors. The second, the incorporation of translucent glass divisions in strategic points to introduce natural light in the darkest areas of the house: kitchen and main bathroom.
