With a streamlined design and exposed construction, Casa RP02 presents an architecture that finds sophistication in rigor. A house that transforms assembly, performance, and structure into a living experience.
The residence is organized around an H-shaped floor plan, formed by two main blocks connected by a central circulation area. The first volume, a single-story structure facing the street, houses the garage, office, and guest area. The main block, with two floors, concentrates the social area on the ground floor, in an integrated open space, and the bedrooms on the upper floor, with a master suite and two adjoining bedrooms.
Between the volumes, a central garden plays a strategic role. It separates the blocks, preserves the privacy of the social area, and allows large glass panels to bring natural light into the interior without exposing the house to the street. This solution also reinforces the perception of the residence as a set of connected pavilions, where the layout, structure, and daily use work in an integrated way.
On the front facade, facing northwest, the house assumes a more austere presence. The single-story volume appears closer to the street, while the two-story block is set back, softening the scale of the building. The rear facade follows a different logic. Facing a more favorable orientation with gentler sunlight, it opens onto the garden and pool. The social pavilion features large glazed surfaces, connecting the living room, dining room, and outdoor area.
