The master plan focuses on the sustainable amplification of the innovation-driven knowledge ecosystem in Eindhoven. According to the original ideas of Van Embden, creator of the TU/e Science Park, the development strives for a collective identity in landscape, public space and architecture. The Catalyst parking garage is a trendsetter. Within the delicate scenery of nearly a century old oak trees it accommodates over 150 cars within a strictly composed volume. The continuous façade of framed stretched metal elements enables natural ventilation of the garage.
