Each of the building’s four floors grants an additional level of autonomy as residents go up, with the independent studio units being on the top level. Each floor also has its own accent color to easily and visually differentiate uses and create a unique identity. Throughout each of the floors, natural feeling materials blend with a soft color palette to create a sense of calm and brightness.
