Four constrictions for four freedoms
Maximised volumetric envelope.
We take it as it is and influence the chosen borderline conditions, highlighting it as an object made independent by its abstraction, with ephemeral marks left in the course of its sculpting process.

One site to place
An entire free urban void is configured in unison with the building. They do so together as part of a topography that moves from the plane to the envelope, with a full choreography of entrances and connections concerned with the richness of the street layout –which resolve the different levels of the place in continuity, linking them to our building and also the others, organising the vehicle circulations and creating rest areas- resulting in a unitary urban area.
Ephemeral of the constructions appears in it.

One ethical determining
If there is a building where make architectural efficient, what today have passed to be mere topics of market (ecology, sustainability, constructive experimentation, new matters, etc) it’s here.
The building will be able to take on novel solutions in the course of its lifetime. This process will construct the building and its image, its intended appearance.
And with precise and forceful form.

One evolutionary programme

A wide diversity of activities, which advise transparency and presence in a society now unfamiliar to us; a space capable of ongoing transformations in its uses for a rapidly changing profession. A system of external circulations resembling a tree trunk, independent of the particular organisations of the space it envelops and clematises, facilitates the independent operation and interconnection of the different parts of the building.
Visions of ephemeral moments in the building’s life.

We search for a building that, fulfilling its functional objective, obtain an environment with a maximum  quality, so much in the interior as towards the presence of the exterior.
This transparency will allow to incorporate the building’s life and it’s cultural offers into the civil activities to develop in the square, extending its social dimension in an environment renewed as public space.

An architecture which image answers to the materialization of a way of energy management.

The bioclimatic approach is based on the creation of a continuous "microclimatic envelope", a protected landscape  conformed between the two caps of façade, that creates a semipublic space with climatic exceptional conditions, where it is possible to spend more time "outside" cross the  translucent or transparent external cap. The internal organization answers also to  criteria of flexibility, the minimal programme of the Central Office is distributed from a constant form in section, leaving cavities that, connected directly with the exterior circulation, can be used in an independent way and with different schedules, lodging also between both skins of facade the spaces of relation and rest.
