Concentrix Offices – Bucharest

HTO Architecture & Engineering designed and delivered the fit-out for Concentrix’s offices at Oregon Park in Bucharest. The project brings together brand identity, everyday functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere within a cohesive workplace.

The design developed through close collaboration between HTO and Concentrix’s internal marketing and workplace experience teams. Their detailed knowledge of the organisation and its people helped articulate the project’s requirements, aligning operational needs with the experience the company wanted to create for employees and visitors. This shared understanding guided the architectural response throughout the project.

Concentrix’s brand book provided the foundation for the visual language, informing the palette and the overall character of the interior. Interpreted through materials, textures, graphics, and architectural forms, the brand identity becomes part of the experience of moving through and using the space.

The workplace is conceived as a connected environment, with a natural progression between individual work, collaboration, meetings, and social interaction. Each setting has its own atmosphere, while recurring design elements establish continuity across different functions. Transitions remain fluid and intuitive, allowing the office to accommodate varied activities within a coherent whole.

A balance between openness and enclosure supports this approach. Visual connections maintain a sense of belonging to the wider workplace, while more contained settings offer opportunities for privacy and smaller group interaction. Shared areas are woven into the working environment, making informal encounters and moments of pause part of the daily rhythm.

Material warmth, planting, and layered lighting contribute to an inviting atmosphere. Changes in texture, scale, and ceiling treatment introduce variety and help define different settings. Curved forms soften transitions and establish a consistent architectural language throughout the office.

The resulting environment reflects both Concentrix’s identity and the needs of the people who use it. Its cohesion comes from the relationship between spaces: how they connect, how they complement one another, and how they support different moments of the working day.
