Programn The building has 26 floors and a total of 11,000 m² of built area was designed and willing the site efficiently from an energy standpoint. His disposition allows maximum use of natural ventilation and protection against the setting sun. Large openings across its facade allow for maximum use of natural lighting, resulting in reduced energy costs and therefore maintenance costs for the end customer. With modulated facades and precast structures, the building was designed to reduce the cost in the works and faster delivery end. Each pavement type with 412m ² of built area offers 5 individual rooms of approximately 60m ². The design uses lightweight materials and industrial techniques with simple and rapid implementation, with the goal of reducing the cost of execution of work. Among the various differential design, Urban Recycle opted to put small balconies precast steel of 5.00m ², the north and south facades. These balconies allow a visual connection with the neighborhood, which is predominantly residential, reducing the visual impact of a building for business use. In addition to flooring type, we decided also to include floors designed for business use collective, with space for an auditorium, meeting rooms and other uses. The building also contained in spaces open to the public for use as an outdoor café, art gallery and restaurant.
