There is a double height built-in garage on the lower two levels. It is set a number of large openings on the so-called exterior wall. The boundary walls of each room next to the garage are regarded as the esecond exterior wallf and interior openings are placed. It brings indirect natural light and ventilation maintaining the privacy to the adjoining rooms and a view to the garage on the mezzanine floor.
Three rectangular shapes are adjoining in plan on the top floor and the three triangular spaces created between each rectangular shape become outdoor terrace. An external side of the triangle is regarded as the esecond exterior wallf and a relatively high balustrade wall is installed on it. The threshold between the terraces and the inside space has sliding aluminum sash doors in the whole area. Theesecond exterior wallf unites interior and exterior keeping their privacy on the whole top floor. The outside view around the terraces has the form which evokes crevasse.
The esecond exterior wallf externalizes of the garage inside and internalized the terraces outside. The experience, which switches internality and externality depending on the life activities, creates diversity of the space.
