The project was conceived based on the corporate identity, conveying the company's values through the space. We designed an environment that promotes well-being among users with a youthful and transparent aesthetic. The project offers a variety of work and collaboration spaces: traditional workstations, high tables, formal and informal meeting areas, phone booths, and a spacious pantry.
This range of spaces allows users to choose the best way to work. The layout also encourages circulation and movement of employees throughout the office, promoting interaction and also stimulating well-being through physical activity.
Whether in the decorative blue ceiling, the color palette, or the visual communication, the office undoubtedly embodies the essence of the client. Similarly, the incorporation of elements from Japanese culture throughout the office, such as paper lanterns, ikebanas, and inspiration from origami in various elements, contributed to presenting the company's identity.
The design met the expectations of both the client and the architects, confirmed through feedback from the client themselves, who believe that the office now "reflects the company's image." The project's proposals ultimately crowned the company's new culture: formal attire, traditional formalities, and customs gave way to more casual, dynamic, and youthful elements.
