The U-shaped floor plan follows the layout of the elongated lot, breaking into multiple volumes. Each volume has a gabled roof that, at their intersection, generates a skylight that illuminates the spaces below.
The ground floor is characterized by vertical panels of marble of different types and colors, alternating with full-height openings.
The marble emerges from the garden vegetation and the water from the pool. The interior flooring is made of oak wood, a material that is also used on several occasions in vertical surfaces and in the ceilings of the sloping roofs.
The architects embraced the challenge of designing an explicitly luxurious house without overdoing it, using combinations of unusual materials while maintaining balance and sobriety.
Luxury, in this context, is not a form of showcasing but rather the quality of the living space: the interplay of light at different times of the day, the views, the quality of natural materials, and attention to detail.
