The most expensive residential neighborhood in São Paulo (America Gardens) and on a well-located corner, facing an exceptionally green residential and protected area, define this as a very exclusive, sophisticated but not extravagant project.

The fifteen 350 sq/m residencies are able to enjoy the wonderful sunset view. Being on the rooftop, the top one is double sized and impressively well organized, full of natural light and empty spaces. On the ground floor, after the exquisite high ceiling mall, there is calm rest/spa area with a glassed thermal swimming pool, sauna, relaxation area, party-room with bar, kitchen, terrace and a beautiful garden. The first floor has also been reserved for facilities, including a gym and a housekeeper’s flat.

All the apartments have the possibility to use the four bedrooms, or to enlarge the living area. There are five bathrooms, including the social and service ones.

The half-moon terrace follows the sun’s path, protecting the living and dining room with curved aluminum parallel lines creating a delightful shadow illusion, thus delivering the perfect location to appreciate the view. This building was finished ten years ago, but the reason we love to show it is not only because it is a landmark, but also because of its outstanding construction, because all the details we designed were followed one hundred percent.

Externally, the highlight is the small transparent glass mosaic, built to order (at the time there was nothing similar around). We wanted to show off the cement skin, and so to enforce the effect we used two different colors of cement glue.
