Duplex apartment, 280 sq meters. The top floor features the home’s central areas such as the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom.

It is spacious and light filled, and has an exit to a garden and a swimming pool. On the bottom floor are the children’s rooms, each with its own exit to an English yard.

The apartment is located in a central metropolitan and the tenants lead an urban lifestyle, but creating a peaceful environment was desired. The project’s location near the sea allows an interesting family space, free of the city’s tumult and commotion, while remaining within the Tel-Aviv city limits.

Throughout the planning, much thought was put into lighting and avoiding darkened spaces. The transition between the carefully chosen different materials creates interesting details. The parquet floor merged with the stone stairway, the combination between a sunken panel and the parquet and an emphasized play of light and shade.
