This dwelling house is located in Tormantos, a small town in the west side of La Rioja. The idea of the house comes from the fusion of two pieces that define a courtyard, which is the heart of the house.
The two pieces are deepened to reflect the different areas of the house, the entrance,the master bedroom, the living area ... This volume game is accentuated in the facade using two materials that contribute to the energy-efficiency of the house, "Coteterm" and "Faveton"
