The real estate sales office today is no longer just a place where visitors come for information about a property. In our opinion, a sales office is a place where people can feel an emotional connection with their future home. Therefore, a soft and cozy interior was developed for the showroom of the "Eniteo" residential complex, where everything - from zoning to decorative elements - was created for a person.
The office is located opposite the future residential complex, so the layout and waiting areas are open in its direction. In addition to these areas, the office includes 4 meeting rooms, a children's area and a back office.
The office space is filled with restrained pastel colors: beige, sand, gray - and is saturated with a variety of textures of natural materials. Wood, stone, glass and textiles are used in the decoration.
When choosing a color scheme, we were guided by the corporate colors of the project: powdery and muted green. This range is complemented by textures of brushed brass and dark wood.
The central element of the waiting area is the reception desk; it has a laconic design and is made of artificial stone. The stand is accented with brass-effect pendant lights. A comfortable sofa group is located opposite. Here we have used furniture with flowing silhouettes, which makes it an unusual element of the interior, while at the same time responding to the softness of the overall solution.
In the layout area there is an interactive layout of the complex connected to the built-in television panel. We used the same materials for the mock podium as for the reception desk. To enhance the effect of a comfortable, homely environment, in the waiting area and the layout, we used curtains and floor porcelain tiles imitating a light wood with a herringbone layout.
In the meeting rooms, along with dark wood, we used our signature green color for the walls and ceilings. Brass is used for accents - we used it in unusual geometric chandeliers and shelves of built-in shelves. The result is a cozy, intimate interior, which we supplemented with green curtains and soft carpet flooring.
In the children's area, we have placed everything for a boring wait: a TV panel with a game console, comfortable poufs, a drawing table. Elements of furniture and decor in this space appear either in the form of buffalo poufs, or in the form of glowing balloons, or in the form of houses and clouds on the walls, making it more interesting for young visitors.
The interior of the Eniteo sales office turned out to be gentle and inviting. We have developed a comfortable environment for a variety of tasks, such as getting to know the project, negotiations, waiting, rest. At the same time, we managed to create a pleasant visual environment, which we diversified with unusual elements of furniture, decor and navigation.
