Situated in a location of great visibility and social and tourist interaction, the architectural project aims to be an urban reference, contributing to the aesthetic and architectural quality of the site with a contemporary image. The land offers a generous view of the sea, and the project's concept is developed to fully exploit this privileged unobstructed perspective. Broad balconies, along with shading panels on the upper floors, accentuate the desired horizontality in the volume. Subtle variations in the depth of the balconies create a delicate movement on the main facade, intensified on the sides.

The hotel is organized into four main areas: parking, services, social areas, and accommodation, distributed over 7 above-ground floors and two basement levels. On the rooftop, a Sky Lounge and an outdoor pool, both with an exceptional view, will certainly be an important point of entertainment and relaxation. The ground floor, open to the public, with a highly transparent facade in harmony with the spaces' character, allows a privileged relationship with the surroundings. The entrance portico takes center stage due to its projection beyond the facade plane and materializes as a "screen" that marks the hotel's entrance. This way, formal coherence is achieved, and the characteristics of the materials are leveraged in volumetric play.
