situated nearby Prešov is conceived as an bungalow type with bounded garden space. Linear organisation of living part together with a garage form private yard with southwestern orientation. Daily part is a sequence of spaces like kitchen, dinning area, living room, study room, oriented to the wooden terrace “gánok” and in to the garden. Both bathrooms are situated within the layout, while main bathroom with a bath gets sunlihgt trough the translucent glass wall. Communication corridor on the north is upgraded to a wardrobe and storage. Main living space is accentuated by higher ceiling and western oriented skylight , at the same time it makes a kind of characteristic code or symbol of the house.
Interior design works with a wooden and epoxid flooring, clean white surfaces and colour furnishings accents. Exterior facade is made of composite deck system.
