Introducing the 'Galaxy Studio' popup store project, where you can experience the new Samsung Galaxy products in the hot August summer. This project was designed to offer a unique market experience that customers of all ages can enjoy and to bring a beach holiday atmosphere to the city through the special design of the Galaxy Pop-up.

Located on the 5th floor of The Hyundai Seoul, the popup space features an open ceiling and a sunlit environment, making it an attractive space. The spatial structure that connects the inner zone and outer zone with seven bridges provides high accessibility, and the 6th floor offers a special space that you can overlook at a glance.

The prominently displayed beach-striped parasols rise up high. Utilising various colours of the new Galaxy products, the striped pattern of beach market parasols was created. The structure consists of 5 pergolas designed to be as tall as possible, allowing the entire space to be recognised as a market, even from the 6th and 5th floors. The interior is designed in the form of houses, creating an experiential area.

Using the glass ceiling to maximise natural sunlight, two tables are placed, giving the feeling that the sea is spreading in the middle of Yeouido. These tables and chairs symbolise the beautifully undulating waves of the beach and are made with layered transparent acrylic. The layers of waves receive sunlight, creating a 'water light' effect that reproduces the more realistic waves of the beach. After the project, each acrylic table will be recycled to create 50 tables for various places while not compromising the design elements suitable for the popup concept, emphasising sustainable design.

This popup table used the signature design of 'Oasis Table' by Indiesalon. It is completed as a table that people of various ages can gather around, both for sitting and for standing use.

The Galaxy Studio popup store at The Hyundai Seoul offers a unique experience that combines the convenience of the city with the beauty of the beach. This project, with carefully designed elements and a focus on sustainability, provides visitors with a new dimension of enjoyment, distinct from typical pop-up stores.
