Located in Berlin’s vibrant Kreuzberg district, FRIZZ23 introduces a contemporary coworking environment that redefines the relationship between workplace, community and comfort. The interior concept transforms the office into a flexible landscape where focused work, collaboration and informal exchange naturally come together.
The design combines the functionality of a modern workspace with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a hospitality environment. Open work areas, private focus rooms, meeting spaces and lounge zones create a diverse ecosystem that adapts to different ways of working throughout the day.
A carefully balanced material palette defines the character of the space: warm wooden surfaces meet exposed concrete, dark architectural elements and soft textiles. The distinctive wooden ceiling structure creates visual continuity while adding acoustic comfort and a sense of calm.
Transparency and openness are key elements of the design. Glass partitions maintain spatial connections, while integrated greenery and natural materials bring a biophilic quality into the workplace. The result is a coworking space that feels both professional and personal.
With FRIZZ23, mintdesign created an interior that reflects the future of work — flexible, human-centered and shaped by meaningful spatial experiences.
