Form & Architectural Language:
The building's exterior is defined by sweeping, ribbon-like horizontal striations that wrap the massing in a continuous, organic flow. These sculpted architectural layers act as deep, cantilevered overhangs, providing passive solar shading to the glazed storefronts while generating dynamic terraces across multiple elevations. The facade is further articulated by integrated, cool-toned LED lighting that traces the building’s complex curves, creating a striking visual signature against the urban skyline.
Biophilic Design & Urban Integration:
To soften the transition between the built environment and the surrounding cityscape, nature is pulled vertically through the project via cascading, heavily planted terraces.
