Rehabilitation of a barn into a dwelling in Herve

This old barn, included in the inventory of buildings in the process of classification, has been completely renovated. The old envelope is maintained and a contemporary intervention set back from the existing one is created. It gives a remarkable thermal efficiency to the new intervention and a respectful reading of the historical part.

The entire furniture were designed as well as the choices made for the colors and lighting.

The techniques used are floor and wall heating by heat pump and CMV.
