The history of this project is quite interesting. Clients really wanted contemporary architecture, but according to the rules of the cottage town, only classical is allowed.

We found a compromise. The land is located on the outskirts of a cottage town and we were allowed to create a backyard with a swimming pool and a view of a pine forest in a contemporary style.

The facades of the classical part of the house are made of dark clinker bricks. It is combined with shingles on the roof. The backyard is made of gray clinker tiles, and the panoramic windows are supplemented with sun blinds to shade the interior.

Another non-standard solution is a sliding pavilion on the terrace. It can be used to close the pool. This is especially useful during the cold season and during a big party when you need more space.

The interior of the house continues the idea of architecture — a symbiosis of contemporary and classical elements.
