We rendered a unique identity to Admin building & Mosque for Green Metal HQ based in Kezad , Abu Dhabi. The building maximizes site potential with the help of smart planning & orientations.

Maximizing daylight through strategic window placement reducing the need for artificial lighting, thereby conserving energy.
Solar panels were installed over the parking area contribute to on-site renewable energy generation, lowering the building’s carbon footprint but also offers shade and thermal comfort for parked vehicles.

Centrally placed circular skylight allows natural light to enter the reception area, enhancing the wayfinding experience with entrances on both sides while also serving as a architectural focal point.

All workspaces are strategically positioned on one side, with areas like the pantry and utilities on the other, creating a clear spatial hierarchy that enhances workflow, minimizes cross-traffic, and maintains a focused environment for the team.

Throughout the project, every design decision, from spatial organization to material selection, was guided by the brand’s core identity, ensuring a cohesive environment that not only reflects its values but also enhances user experience.
