The design of Hadas Capital’s offices in Jerusalem was conceived as a dialogue between place, identity and contemporary business culture. As a Jerusalem-based entrepreneurial company, Hadas Capital sought a workspace that would express confidence, permanence and precision, while remaining warm, refined and deeply connected to its geographical context.
Rather than translating Jerusalem through literal historical references, the design draws inspiration from the city in a more abstract and architectural way. Jerusalem is a city defined by layers old and new, solid and delicate, monumental and intimate. These contrasts became a central point of departure for the project.

A restrained palette of stone, warm timber, mineral greys, bronze-toned metal and soft textiles reflects the natural hues of the Jerusalem landscape. The material language is intentionally quiet and tactile, allowing texture, light and proportion to create richness rather than ornament.
The recurring arched geometry throughout the project offers another subtle reference to the city. Reinterpreted in slender metal-and-glass partitions, cabinetry and architectural openings, the arch becomes contemporary and almost graphic. It establishes a visual rhythm across the workspace while creating continuity between private offices, meeting rooms and shared areas.

Light plays an equally important role. Jerusalem’s intense, changing daylight is filtered through glazed partitions and softened by warm artificial lighting, creating a layered atmosphere throughout the day. In the public areas, sculptural ceiling elements and carefully integrated illumination give the interior a sense of movement and ceremony, while the more intimate corridors and workspaces remain calm and understated.
The reception and lounge areas were designed to feel less like a conventional corporate lobby and more like a sophisticated hospitality environment. Soft upholstered forms contrast with the precision of the black reception desk and the architectural grid of the glass partitions. This balance between softness and structure reflects the company itself professional and established, yet approachable and contemporary.

In the boardroom, the material palette becomes lighter and more refined. A long sculptural table, warm leather seating and a patterned ceiling create an atmosphere that is formal without feeling rigid. Transparency towards the surrounding spaces maintains visual connection, while still giving the room its own distinct identity.
Custom timber cabinetry extends along the corridors, transforming functional storage into an architectural element. Its curved corners and fine vertical detailing soften the long circulation routes and introduce a sense of craftsmanship that resonates with Jerusalem’s tradition of material permanence and hand-built architecture.

Throughout the project, the design avoids overt symbolism. Instead, the connection to Jerusalem is expressed through proportion, materiality, shadow, rhythm and arch-like forms. The result is a workspace that feels rooted in its location while remaining unmistakably contemporary an interior that reflects Hadas Capital’s local identity and international outlook.
Ultimately, the project is an exploration of balance: between heritage and innovation, solidity and transparency, business and hospitality. It is a workplace shaped by Jerusalem, not through imitation, but through atmosphere.
