Two small studio apartments for a bother and sister , divided over four floors. The brief asked for a living/ working space and a bed space in each of the apartments. Given that this is in the heart of the city with no space for storing construction material, Rammed earth and concrete were the chosen elements to build with. The pallet of materials used were earth, concrete, wood and glass. Play of light is interesting in this house. Views from and to the house are manipulated with the use of frosted and clear glass. This has added in creating interesting light patterns in the house.
