Grant House of Sensibility This project creatively introduces ‘Flowing Space’ and ‘Great room’ as the design concepts. There are dining room, bar counter, living room and even bedroom in the same floor without walls as divider. More than this, the project brings the ‘Great Room’ to another stage. Once you can see the dinning room on the ground floor and the bar counter in the basement from the bedroom on the 1st floor, or you can see the living room entrance on the ground floor while walking through the corridor on the 2nd floor, you really have a big house, a 3D-‘Great Room’. The partly scooped floor slabs connect all the floors through sights and lights, bring daylights to the hardly lightened stairs and corridors in the middle-sit terraced house. Wherever your are in the house, the beautiful scenery outside will always be around.
