Planned for the edge of a historic Eastern Shore town, the Headwater Hotel is a 110-key, 180-foot-tall hospitality project under Hilton’s Tapestry Collection. As the first phase of a larger mixed-use development—including future retail, structured parking, and market-rate housing—the hotel addresses a growing regional demand for elevated accommodations.

Programmatically, it features a ballroom, meeting rooms, a pool overlooking Calvert Street, and a rooftop restaurant offering expansive views of the city and the Wicomico River. Designed to bring a boutique urban hospitality experience to the Eastern Shore, the project aims to set a new standard for contemporary lodging in the region.
