Showcasing the pinnacle of sophistication in contemporary office spaces, our latest luxury design harmoniously blends state-of-the-art functionality with elegant aesthetics. This refined environment creates a haven where productivity and style converge seamlessly.
The design is strategically crafted with a focus on human-centric, activity-based work principles, providing dedicated zones for various tasks, from concentrated work to collaborative efforts. The floor plate gives room to two internal work departments with a shared client area, multi-purpose collab space which doubles up with a work café planned adjacent to it and a separate promoter’s zone. The work neighbourhood includes an open-plan workstation area, strategically planned open cubicles and closed private-cabins for senior management, complemented by phone pods, various-sized zoom rooms and meeting rooms, a print and copy area, and a small pantry with lounge seating. Emphasizing natural lighting and biophilic design, the space integrates natural elements to enhance well-being and create a vibrant, healthy environment.
From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a grand entrance adorned with large digital screens, bespoke furniture design and high-end materials. The open-plan layout encourages collaboration, while private enclaves offer serene spaces for focused work. Luxurious finishes, including marble flooring, rich wood panelling, bronze wall cladding, and plush, ergonomic furnishings, elevate the experience.
The design carefully adheres to Vaastu principles, emphasizing the significance of directions and their impact on various activities. Following these ancient Indian guidelines, we have crafted a space that fosters well-being, productivity, and prosperity. For instance, workstations are arranged so that all employees face either north or east, which is believed to boost concentration and efficiency. In private cabins, the occupant's seating is strategically positioned with shelving against the window behind the chair, offering support and stability.
