A new condominium 5 minutes from Hikawa-dai Station, located in the environment of the Shakujii River running right in front of the station and Johoku Chuo Park overflowing with greenery.
We envisioned this building as a home for people related to nearby music and art universities, and created a comfortable space that breathes with the residents, aiming for a lifestyle that plays new tones.
We created a comfortable space that breathes with the residents.The normally unobtrusive garbage storage area is surrounded by soft curves, and is symbolically positioned in the center of the space.
The entrance space with a wide frontage is created by symbolically positioning them in the center of the space, and the characteristic face of this condominium is created.
This creates a distinctive face of the condominium.In addition, in order to draw the unique view of nature into the interior, we used different materials such as tiles and plastering.
The approach space is made of tiles, plaster, and other different materials, layered gently to bring the view of nature that is unique to the building inside.
