‘The renovation of this 60s town house, the former private home of architect Hubert Semal, aimed to preserve the original soul of the house as much as possible, but adapted to the needs and comfort requirements of the year ‘21. The changes feel very authentic and endogenous.

This is the result of the optimization of the spatial layout, and of the perfect harmonization between existing and new materials.
