House in Kudamatsu

Container Design as Architects

The client planned the habitat as a part of the site in their family home. The site is Kudamatsu-City, Yamaguchi. The site is along a prefectural road. There is a lot of traffic. Their family home has been built at a point distant from the road. Their planning site was near the road.

Their main hope is that they can pass between their family home and their children can run around inside and outside the house. Their planning site was used in a parking and croft. There was a fence, but it was not a gate.

The frontage was open for the prefectural road. I felt danger their children playing here. There is the family home in the back toward the northwest and its well-tended yard toward the east. Their family home has a tiled roof and wooden front door, a big goodwill.

I felt the place had good vibes. I thought the necessary parking space and the location of their family home as connections of the road.
