The building locates in the neighborhood of sa Capelleta, in the limit of one of the first extensions of the Ibiza City. The project is understood as two simple volumes, one opened and another closed. The building of three houses, one by plant, is solved in a very simple way: a principal volume closed where there develops the program of housing, to which there is attached an opened communitary volume, center of the circulations, accesses and the facilities. The houses answer to the minimal program of being –dining room-kitchen in a wind, a central bathroom, and a bedroom in the opposite wind, seeking to provide ventilation and cross visions in the apartments, grouping the day program with the will to give sensation of major extent. The ground floor enjoys the exterior spaces plot, and the separation of the street, in order to have more intimacy and enjoy the free spaces of property. And in this floor, the program by day and night of the type plant is invested. This is a construction very simple, the materials used are very common and usual.
