This project involved the full interior refurbishment and delivery of a private executive office designed exclusively for VIP use.

The existing space, originally configured with a basic layout of cubicles, kitchen, and bathroom, was completely reworked to create a refined and highly curated office environment.

The new layout was developed to support reception, executive work, private meetings, and entertainment within a single, cohesive spatial concept.

Key features included a concealed pantry integrated seamlessly into the joinery, a statement reception area defined by a sculptural chandelier, and a Chairman’s office incorporating an entertainment zone with minibar, pool table, and dedicated meeting space.

Materiality played a central role in establishing the project’s identity. Blue marble was introduced as a signature element across columns and the reception counter, complemented by bespoke, high-specification joinery developed to a luxury standard.

The scope included space planning, interior design, material and joinery detailing, lighting coordination, and on-site design oversight through execution.
